Appointments are available throughout the day on Monday to Friday and select weekends. A shoot usually lasts up to two hours.
If you have small children, try and pick a time when they will be awake and happy. Although once Mark or Tristan are with you they will always take time to wait for the right moment. It's best to take the sitting at your child's pace, working with them and taking breaks where necessary.
Be relaxed about your child's behaviour; big cheesy grins are not always the best look! Mark & Tristan have endless patience with children and will naturally bring out the best in them. A few tantrums are fine as well; after all we all have them now and then, and sometimes they can make for great pictures.
People often worry about older children and teenagers not relaxing. Taking children out of school a couple of hours early can be a good way of inducing a happy mood. It can also be better taking shots without parents or other family members present, teenagers in particular often feel less self-conscious in front of strangers, revealing a relaxed and natural side to their personality.
